Why GrowPricer exists

Growtopia has no central marketplace and no official price list. Item values live in players' heads, in scattered Discord servers, and in the memory of whoever last traded them. Prices for the same item can swing wildly from day to day, and newer players routinely get underpaid for rares or overpay for commons simply because there is no shared reference point.

GrowPricer fixes that with the only data that reflects the real market: actual asking prices, posted by the players who are selling right now. Every listing is a real vending machine in a real world that a buyer can visit in-game. Nothing here is guessed, scraped from an old wiki, or set by a single admin — the numbers come from the trading community itself.

How it works

There are two sides to the site, and you never need an account for either:

1. Looking up a price. Search for any item and open its page to see its current asking-price range (built from the last 60 days of listings, counting each seller once), a 30-day price trend, and the exact worlds where players are selling it. A trust badge tells you how solid the number is — from a confirmed community range down to a single unconfirmed listing — and every price is stamped with a freshness indicator so you can tell a listing from an hour ago from one that's a week old.

2. Listing an item you're selling. Put the item in a vending machine in your world, then post the item, your price, and the world name here. Buyers browsing that item will see your world and can come straight to your shop. It takes about ten seconds and there's a bulk mode for listing many items in the same world at once.

Rewards for contributors

Because the whole site only works if players keep it up to date, contributors can earn optional in-game rewards (paid in World Locks / Diamond Locks) for listing items. You place a donation box in your own world, submit your listing, and the owner reviews it and deposits the reward in-game. Listing every day builds a streak that unlocks bigger bonuses, and there are one-time milestones for listing more and more different items. Rewards are always reviewed before they're paid — fake or invalid listings are removed and earn nothing.

Data quality & fairness

GrowPricer is protected against spam and abuse with Cloudflare Turnstile, per-item cooldowns, and daily limits, all tracked without collecting personal accounts. Prices are shown as a range built from many sellers rather than a single average, each seller counts only once toward it, and a new listing far outside an item's established range is held for owner review before it can appear — so a typo, a troll, or a coordinated pump can't distort what you see. Listings that don't match a real in-game vending machine can be reported from any item page and taken down. Prices are always community-submitted, so treat them as a strong reference rather than a guarantee, and verify in-game before making a big trade.
