Questions
Good to know
Which payment method should I pick?
Revolut is the quickest for most people. Tap the button, then pay with any debit or credit card, Apple Pay, or straight from the Revolut app — it works worldwide. EU bank transfer (SEPA) and crypto work too if you prefer.
Do I need a Revolut account?
No. Revolut’s secure payment page takes normal debit and credit cards and Apple Pay. If you already use Revolut, you can pay from the app in one tap.
Is my card information safe?
Yes. Card payments happen entirely on Revolut’s own secure page — GrowPricer never sees or stores your card details.
What is an item sponsorship?
Your shop, pinned at the top of an item’s “Where to buy” list — above every other seller — and named next to that item when players search for it on the homepage. It costs €0.10 per item per week (less for 2 or 4 weeks), uses the same box design you made above, and shows your price when you list the item.
What if another shop already sponsors my item?
Each item has one sponsor at a time. The picker shows it as booked, with the date it frees up — pick your other items, or come back then. Nobody can take an item you’ve booked while your run lasts.
When does my ad go live?
As soon as the owner matches your payment — usually within a day. It then runs for the full duration you picked (7 days per week).
What if my ad gets rejected?
Ads with offensive world names or taglines are rejected, and you get your money back.
Can I renew?
Any time — press Renew on your ad at the top of this page (this browser remembers it) and everything is filled in for you. A renewal starts when your current run ends, so you never pay for the same days twice. Longer runs are cheaper per week.
